Just amazed at this dealership , everyone in this place are so professional and they all work like clock work . We called for service like 2 days before and requested a loaner car, when we arrived our loan are so professional and they all work like clock work . Second time was a charm. Problems that weren’t resolved the 1st the car was in were taken care of. Did not appreciate a service advisor who was NOT taking care of me, telling Mr. Sanchez & the mechanic the 1st the car was in were taken care of. Did not appreciate a service advisor who was NOT taking care of me, telling Mr. Sanchez & the mechanic that my care does not have a particular feature (it does). Also, video inspection gave a perfect view of a white pick up truck & a very slight view of the side back panel of my car. Whoever took the video wasn’t paying attention. Waste of time sending it to me! Mr Sanchez & Mr Patti deserve 5 stars for customer service. More

The service here is excellent for both mechanical and electrical issues. We also used their recommended body shop to take of a minor repair and Prestige Mini helped through the entire process electrical issues.
