We came to Mini of Ramsey looking for a particular preowned vehicle. Unfortunately, the vehicle we were interested in was no longer available, but we were lucky enough to meet and work with Spiro Bog preowned vehicle. Purchasing my new mini was a fun experience working with my sales professional - Ruby. She walked me through everything about the car. I would however say my financing experience was not the same. I was told a used financing rate by sales after discussion with their manager and then when I went into finance manager it was 1% more than what was agreed. The finance manager then stated it couldn’t change but in the end they honored what was communicated. More
