I’ve been through dozens of dealerships in my lifetime and have never experienced such a smooth process. Most importantly, I never felt like I was being force fed anything, be it the vehicle, options, pr and have never experienced such a smooth process. This is my second mini and I have always had wonderful service at Ramsey mini. Everyone is so helpful and welcoming. We came to Mini of Ramsey looking for a particular preowned vehicle. Purchasing my new mini was a fun experience working with my sales professional - Ruby. She walked me through everything about the car. I would however say my financing experience was not the same. I was told a used financing rate by sales after discussion with their manager and then when I went into finance manager it was 1% more than what was agreed. The finance manager then stated it couldn’t change but in the end they honored what was communicated. More
