A well known cynic, I approach my need to visit dealership service departments with a grain of salt. No - I was not satisfied. My mini still make a lot of noise when I turn the wheel. This was my concern when I brought the car in for service several weeks ago. We have been using this dealership for 14 years and have purchased 7 cars from them. Spiro has been our go to sales guy and Mark our go to service guy.
