The advertisement indicated that the car came with a 5 year warranty. however, that 5 year warranty started when the car was first purchased. In this case, the vehicle was a 2017 model but only had 2 years left on the warranty. the can be made much clearer when advertised. Everything else was very satisfactory. More

Each and every time I have called and/or gone into mini of Ramsey with any type of issue or questions, Ryan Patti always goes above and beyond to make sure that I have been taken care of. His level of comm of Ramsey with any type of issue or questions, Ryan Patti always goes above and beyond to make sure that I have been taken care of. I might suggest a mini blind be installed on the window behind where the customer sits. That way, customers can actually see who they are talking to. Also, I had no idea how to use some of the features of my Mini. I received no instructions from Bob until I specifically asked, what as this for or what does that do. In fact, seems to me, it would be a real advantage to customers to have reserved classes for new Mini owners, where, someone would go over the technology of the Mini cars. For me, it feels like going in to take a final exam in chemistry when I've never even taken a class in chemistry More
