Ryan is an outstanding service advisor, very helpful, friendly and a wonderful person. Disappointing First Service Experience I leased my Countryman from a dealership in Mt. Laurel, but came to Ramsey for my first service appt. I dealt with Joe mainly, who I would not deal wi I leased my Countryman from a dealership in Mt. Laurel, but came to Ramsey for my first service appt. I dealt with Joe mainly, who I would not deal with again. From the time I walked in, he spoke to me like I was stupid. Not a good first impression. I dropped my car off at 10AM to check something with the sideview mirrors. I didn't hear from him all day, so I called him at 3PM to see what was going on. He said they couldn't figure anything out and it was sitting in the parking lot. I told him I needed to come pick the car up soon - they had had it for 5 hours and initiated no contact from me - and he said they would look at it again and he'd call me back. Still no phone call. I called again at 4PM and he acted irritated that I continued to call and said they still didn't find anything wrong. I came to pick the car up, he was extremely short with me and called a tech to the front to explain to me "how the mirrors worked, in case I just didn't know." He never said thank you, I never got a handshake, he just walked away. Really poor first experience. More
