The issue came when a logistical problem caused a delay that severely affected my holiday plans. The manager gave us a very hard time once we wanted a price cut for the inconvenience. We all played our position. But when the "ball" was passed to the dealership, they were missing paperwork... That sort of inconvenience should be footed by those responsible for the mistake. More
