Above and Beyond Service Department was very courteous to us even though we arrived later than our appointment time due to traffic, we also went to the wrong spot. We Service Department was very courteous to us even though we arrived later than our appointment time due to traffic, we also went to the wrong spot. We went inside the dealership to check-in our Countryman, Mark was there to help us; he confirmed with us the reason we brought in the car, provided a thorough scenario of the process and available options. He was very clear and upfront, and more than accommodating as someone from service then quickly got our car in and began diagnostics to gave us an estimated wait time. Mark then kindly provided us a driver(David, great driver, efficient) to take us to nearby restaurant as we wait for the whole process. Then to our delight, Mark gave us a great news that it was covered. Our first service experience with Mini of Ramsey was beyond satisfacatory, would definitely recommend them to others. Joseph Frasco cares about his customers. I had many questions to ask Joe and he was there to answer them. I brought my Car in to have repairs and he took over. He took care of the car being I had many questions to ask Joe and he was there to answer them. I brought my Car in to have repairs and he took over. He took care of the car being sent to the body shop. I was given a ride to get the loaner car and then when i returned the loaner Joe was there again to help by getting someone for me to follow so I could return the car and then get a ride back to Mini. I was unhappy with what was done at the repair center. The person that worked on my car did an excellent job with repairs but he was inside my car and changed everything and that upset me. Joe came out and fixed the interior of my car the way I wanted it. I am thinking of writing a note to the repair people and telling them they should not go into the car and change the settings. Thank goodness for Joe he was there to put My car back the way it came. He made sure that the car was washed when I can to pick it up. No matter the questions I had for him he was happy to answer them. He is definitely a keeper. Any time I need something to be done I will look for Joe. Thanks for having him on your staff. More
