Unexpected tire replacement Suddenly got a bubble on one of my tires. I called ahead and went in during my lunch break. The service was very fast, efficient & friendly. They expedited everything and got me out again with a new tire on in about an hour, so I wasn't too late getting back to work. And they even processed this through my insurance so that there was no charge to me! Thank you! More

Positive Service Experience Brought my Mini for service due to Check Engine warning. Ryan Patti was extremely helpful in making the appointment as easy as possible for me. Ryan helped me obtain a loaner to alleviate a longer wait than what was initially anticipated due to volume; and after the vehicle was diagnosed later that day explained very clearly what the issues were and provided guidance as to how to prioritize the repair sequencing. I authorized one repair that was a priority and will return at a later time for the second repair that is necessary. Ryan has my trust and I will continue to use this service department for future needs because of him. More
