Not what is once was I moved from Mahwah to Jersey City 8 years ago and continued to bring my Mini to Ramsey for service because of the wonderful service. If something small was an issue, I would just stop in. If I didn't mind waiting, I usually could get the issue resolved the same day. I almost always worked with Nick Falvo, who was respectful, helpful, always explained everything so I understood what I was paying for. Just really can't say enough about Nick. Before him I brought my car to Angel and he was also a "get the job done" kind of guy . Last week, on my way to get my car inspected, I noticed I had an issue with one of the rear lights. I drove up to Ramsey. The sales rep I talked to, looked at the car and said it was probably a 1 to 1 & 1/2 hour job. I not only needed to make an appointment for this work but the rep had to call someone, then put me on his phone to make the appointment. REALLY? I can't help but think if I had called ahead to make an appointment, I would not have gotten an educated service rep to tell me if I needed a simple repair or something more involved. I am not sure that I want to continue driving from Jersey City for this type of service. More

Service Appointment Service done in expected time frame. Disappointed that loaner cars are not available anymore (when scheduling an appointment online). Charging 0.5 wor Service done in expected time frame. Disappointed that loaner cars are not available anymore (when scheduling an appointment online). Charging 0.5 work hours for replacing an engine filter and another half hour for a cabin filter seems excessive. Takes altogether no more than 15 min. More

Labor is very Expensive - Very helpful staff Key fob got stuck and car would not start. Tow truck came and jump started, I then drove it to the dealership (Tuesday night). They were too busy to Key fob got stuck and car would not start. Tow truck came and jump started, I then drove it to the dealership (Tuesday night). They were too busy to look at it on Wednesday. Got a call on Thursday to explain it needed a new start/stop switch and a new battery. Told them to go ahead - got a call short time later saying it was ready. Labor was $500 which to seems outlandishly expensive. Joe was kind enough to give me 10% off but still crazy expensive on the labor side. More
