Ruby was all one could ask in a salesperson in every facet of the effort. Always kept us informed as to the status of the model we ordered. She was very patient, genuine and friendly. The other people at MINI were also very helpful and professional. Even the small things were handled to make it a positive experience like a full tank of gas. It’s a very comfortable environment to wait in while the car is being worked on and if you need to borrow a loaner car while your car is being repaired, they make it so easy. The sales department is also top notch. I love my car but wanted to check out other options. I was able to test drive and ask as many questions as I needed without feeling rushed or pressured one way or another. Really, they are a treat to work with. More
