Kind, courteous, trustworthy I have owned my mink for the last year and have come to Mini of Ramsey for all my car needs, big and small. It’s a very comfortable environment to wait in while the car is being worked on and if you need to borrow a loaner car while your car is being repaired, they make it so easy. The sales department is also top notch. I love my car but wanted to check out other options. I was able to test drive and ask as many questions as I needed without feeling rushed or pressured one way or another. Really, they are a treat to work with. More

Throughout the process the use of a loaner car and the communication about what the diagnoses is, parts, repairs and the time line to complete the needed service repairs.
