Horrible I wish I could give mini of Ramsey 0 stars. The service was terrible, there was a complete lack of communication leading to me having to take two days I wish I could give mini of Ramsey 0 stars. The service was terrible, there was a complete lack of communication leading to me having to take two days off from work to service my car. After some serious run around (and speaking to a very unhelpful manager) I finally got my car in. I had an initial phone call to discuss services and prices and then no phone call when my car was done. When I called to check they told me I could pick it up and when I did my car had not recieved the complimentary cleaning that I have received at my previous mini dealership. Horrible service, does not live up to the mini promise of luxury and outstanding customer service. Will never ever go back. More

Never again!. AC compressor in need of replacement again! ...it was replaced twice before. So that means my 2005 Mini Cooper S is now heading for its 4th AC compressor. Granted it is 13 years old, but I shou ...it was replaced twice before. So that means my 2005 Mini Cooper S is now heading for its 4th AC compressor. Granted it is 13 years old, but I should not have the need for replacement for the 4th time. How can someone justify the need to fix it? If its gonna break again....my car only has 91,000 miles. Prestige Mini service hasbeen great BUT, could not explain to me , on why I’m in need of compressor replacement. Unless, Mini has sub-standard parts that they use. Please note, that I had a 1994 JeepCherokee, I have owned it for 15 years, not even once I had a problem with the AC. My daughter’s car, a Suzuki SX4, with 160,000 miles and it has an original air Compressor, it blows cold air and that she never had issues with it. I have called the Mini corporate and complained about it, but I was told that they don’t follow up with complaints. So why bother of reporting it, ? They are not willing to find any resolution. I never had Issues with Prestige Mini until now, my car was always serviced at this dealership. I will still go back to this dealership, but never buy another Mini. I wonder how many customers out there , who has experienced same problem? Like I said , NEVER AGAIN! More

Great Service I came in to have one of my tires replaced. I have the tire insurance plan. Joe also had my yearly service done. All within a couple of hours.
