They did what they were supposed to do. I was never notified about this or any other recall. I found out about this one on my own. Because of a recall on a water pump that I wasn't notified I was never notified about this or any other recall. I found out about this one on my own. Will not use service center or purchase a car at Mini Ramsey Last year I was at Mini of Ramsey looking to replace my 2010 Mini with a newer model. My experience with sales rep. Dan Vieldhouse was great. Unfortun Last year I was at Mini of Ramsey looking to replace my 2010 Mini with a newer model. My experience with sales rep. Dan Vieldhouse was great. Unfortunately, I was not able to finalize a purchase at that time. The situation has changed and I am now in the market to purchase again. Unfortunately, after the recent experience my mechanic had with my 2010 Mini at your Service Dept., I will not consider purchasing a vehicle from Mini of Ramsey, nor will I use you for parts or service. Maintenance I came in for oil change and issue with sunroof. They were able to take me first thing the next morning (I called in late afternoon) and could not hav I came in for oil change and issue with sunroof. They were able to take me first thing the next morning (I called in late afternoon) and could not have been more accommodating or friendly. Awesome staff all around. Got everything taken care of/fixed ASAP as I was leaving for vacation. Definitely would recommend! More
