Excellent service from Ruby and the team Ruby was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I'm very particular with my cars, and the specific car I was looking (Audi RS5) is not a very common car, Ruby was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I'm very particular with my cars, and the specific car I was looking (Audi RS5) is not a very common car, so it's very difficult to find one new or used. I found a Used 2014 RS5 on the Prestige Mini website, but I was out of the country on business at the time. I reached out to Ruby, thinking that it was a long shot that they'd be willing to hold a car like that for me, but Ruby not only responded immediately.. she also put the car on hold for me for an entire week until I got back from my trip. When I went to the dealership, she was very friendly and honest. As it was not a car that they normally offer, she candidly stated to me up front that while we could most definitely go on a test drive, she was not very familiar with the features of the car (perfectly understandable, as I was looking at an Audi RS5 at a Mini dealership). However, car salespeople at other dealerships would likely make things up as they went along - Ruby was extremely honest and helpful, which I very much appreciated. After the test drive, Ruby was able to work with Lance, the finance manager, to work out a deal that was best for me. Keeping in mind that the car was in high demand, they were still willing to negotiate and work with me so that I got a great deal. I'm extremely happy with my experience, and would most definitely recommend Ruby and the Prestige Mini team to others. One other thing I will also add is that salespeople turn me off very easily and very quickly; however, I truly enjoyed working with Ruby the whole way - she was extremely helpful and provided insight while not being overbearing. Anyone that's particular about the type of salespeople they deal with will definitely be happy with Ruby! More

Even after booking an appointment, I not even get a chance to take one for a spin because it was "too late in the day". Gave Prestige a try and it was the exact opposite. Even though they were super busy, they were still able to get on a couple of test drives and talk car. Got me a great deal ( I think?). Probably one of best car buying experiences. Ruby explained everything to the last detail. Straightforward, did not try to over sell me anything I did not need, and super nice! More

The BEST car buying experience EVER From the moment we walked onto the lot til the moment I drove off the lot in my new Mini Countryman, my experience had been exceptionally top notched! From the moment we walked onto the lot til the moment I drove off the lot in my new Mini Countryman, my experience had been exceptionally top notched! Most car dealerships, you would walk the lot and a sales person would come out to see if you needed help. Not the case at Prestige Mini in Ramsey. My friend and I were left to walk the lot and check out all the cars before going inside to talk to someone about a few cars I was interested in. Ruby was our sales adviser and from the moment she said "Hello", I knew this was a different car buying experience than what I'm used to. I was undecided between 2 cars (both Mini Countryman just different years) and she was very patient answering all my questions. When I decided on the car that I wanted, she made the entire paperwork process so easy and effortless. I was on the fence between leasing and buying and she suggested running both sets of numbers for me so I can compare. My credit score was lower than I had thought it was (limited credit and high credit card utilization ratio), but she was able to get me approved for a loan through Mini financial still and was non judgmental about my lack of credit history or non perfect credit score, which I was nervous about prior to car shopping. There was no going back and forth of the "Let me see what my manager says" part of negotiation that every car buyer dreads. I told Ruby what I was looking to spend a month and she pretty much was able to make it as close to the monthly payments as I had wanted. The entire time, she did not deviate from being super patient, helpful and warm; like buying a car from someone whose a friend of a friend instead of someone you'd just met. After the lease agreement was signed, she walked me through the entire car and showed me all the bells and whistle which no other car dealerships prior had done. Anyone whose seen the inside of a mini knows there's tons of knobs and buttons and if you have to rely on just the manual, it can get overwhelming and confusing. They detailed my car and filled up the gas tank for me and explained when my plates come in they'll contact me to come back so they can put them on for me. Even Lance, the Finance Manager was exceptional in his customer service. He did not make me feel like I was just another "leaser/buyer" on their totem pole. He was honest when I asked him questions and that made me feel good about the experience knowing they weren't out to try to add on tons of additional services I may not need. Overall, such a above and beyond experience and I recommend them to all my friends/family/complete strangers looking to buy a Mini! More
All-Around Terrific!!! In my nervousness to see about buying a MINI, I hesitantly suggested to Ruby King on the phone that maybe she was too busy to see me that weekend. She smoothly replied that she had time to see me as soon as I could get to the dealership--or later if necessary. Her low-key tone reassured me immediately. Once I got there, she unhurriedly showed me my options, even though the dealership on that Saturday afternoon seemed overflowing with customers. She took me on several test drives and answered every question thoroughly, checking with her manager when she was uncertain. Although I can be indecisive, she was very patient with me. My big decision was whether to get a MINI convertible or a Mazda Miata, which I have previously owned two of. After several visits to both dealerships, I reluctantly decided that the Miata would not give me as much as the MINI. (My reluctance was only because I had last owned my Miata for seven years, and it had done me well.) I also visited another MINI dealership not all that far away from me because they had a color combination I thought I might prefer. But the salesperson there was not nearly as facilitating as Ruby, and they said they would really have to turn somersaults to give me the Prestige MINI price Ruby had arranged. (The truthful price.) I literally ran back to Prestige Mini. Although Ruby was not there, I was very sad to see a SOLD sticker on the car I wanted. But when I talked to a manager, he figured out that the SOLD sticker really was for me, and Ruby had inadvertently left it on the car the day before she took a day off. The managers and I laughed at how, good for me, Ruby had indeed made a fortuitous mistake! And she was happily laughing when she found out the next day! (Oh, I also should add that when I had a problem getting the car started my first day of ownership, Ruby sent two service people to help! The problem turned out to be nothing!) Anyway, I love my MINI, no more Miata thoughts, the little bit of service necessary has been excellent, and Ruby always has a big smile for me when I am at Prestige MINI for service. And just about everyone - strangers included - admires my MINI! More

Ramsey Mini had a more economical replacement for me to swing on to. I was dealing with Terry Glattman. He made my experience of letting go of the past very easy. He was very comforting and understanding to my feelings and the situation at hand. He was very patient and eager to give me a great deal. We spent hours and days trying to make the deal happen. He gave me an assurance that if I wasn't satisfied with the purchase that he would make everything and anything possible to make me happy. He did just that. In the end I traded my vehicle as planned and kept my commitment for making the change for the better. Sales Manager was also great to work with and was honest. Great Quality People here! More

I knew exactly what I wanted , and he really listened. He spent 3 hours with me test driving 2 cars and then SEARCHING a 50mile radius for the car I wanted. At no time did he pressure me to choose something from his lot. In addition, when the car was ready he came in on HIS DAY OFF to accommodate my schedule to pick it up! Stellar service! More
