buying a mini from the time i arrived at the dealership not expecting to be able to drive a mini due to my height to the time i drove one out i had one good experie from the time i arrived at the dealership not expecting to be able to drive a mini due to my height to the time i drove one out i had one good experience after another. i was greeted by the receptionist with speed and courtesy. then came ruby. she was funny/respectful, knowledgeable, caring, assuring. even made my wife feel better about the dangers of a small car. she was great in the whole ordering and waiting process, assuring and delivering on ontime delivery.she explained well the vehicle, and knew her car and cared to know how i would use it and guided me as such. use her you will love her. be careful though you will probably end up with a car. thanks ruby. Dealing with dealers I had been shopping off and on for a Mini for a few months looking for the best deal on a low mileage pre owned. This mini dealer 61 miles away had the car that fit my needs better. More importantly they had Ruby and Rich. Two class acts in the car business. I never felt pressured, taken advantage of or having buyers remorse. Go to this dealer and deal with these two. You will be happy you did. More

I'm talking about her demeanor as a person, and her helpfulness as a staff member at the dealership. She also saved me some money and helped me secure a better loan/financing agreement (with zero pressure) through the dealership; every place I had previously checked with and looking into doing business with offered higher terms, and Ruby was instrumental and patient with the process of checking into yet another loan- but the payoff was 4% shaved off my interest rate. I can't guarantee that for everyone, but I was personally surprised. More

Suditi rocks! Suditi is a rock star! I have been wanting a Countryman All 4 forever but I was never really able to go for it. One day when I was in for service, Sud Suditi is a rock star!
