I prepared myself for the slimy salesperson pitching everything from the kitchen sink and not listening to what I wanted....What I got, well surprises all around. Lovely dealership. (Well actually the first time I went to the dealership just to look-it was a madhouse! I can't wait for my first Mini Event) Everyone was nice and friendly but Ruby is just AWESOME. Great communication with her via phone and email. I felt like I could ask her any silly question. No pressure at all. Our info session was very helpful. (If she hadn't told me about the fan I would have freaked out for sure the first time it kept running!) I had a wonderful experience and I think I love my Countryman more everyday. I wish I knew more people who wanted to buy a car so I can recommend this place. More

Excellent Experiences! Proceeded to Prestige MINI after not being thrilled with a different dealership's selection and sales tactics a year ago. Prestige had a much larger s Proceeded to Prestige MINI after not being thrilled with a different dealership's selection and sales tactics a year ago. Prestige had a much larger selection, excellent staff, and a nicer dealership (cleaner, friendlier, nicer store, nicer everything). They also had a lot more activity for the sales event, which lead me to believe that Prestige does more business and has more loyal customers. I can see why! All of the staff are friendly. It was extremely busy when I arrived and it turned out that the sales rep that I spoke to on the phone would not be able to help me. She came by and informed me of such personally, explaining that the sale she was in was taking longer than expected but that she was pairing me with someone who would be brought up to speed with what we had discussed. I had enough time to find the pre-owned MINI's I had found online and look them over personally without someone hovering over me. As promised, the rep introduced me to my new (and final) rep, Dave. Dave took me out for a test drive, showed me all the features of the MINI and answered all of my questions. He was friendly and most importantly honest. I came with my aunt, and we both agreed that he was very upfront. We agreed on the pricing that day, and I ended up leaving with my very first MINI (which was also my very first car!). I've been back to the dealership twice since then. Once was for an issue with my key, which was resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. Another time was for one of the MINI events, which was a lot of fun. I sometimes go back to use the shop for MINI accessories and parts (touch-up paint, etc.). All experiences and customer service has been excellent. I will continue to recommend. More

Dream car finally purchased! I have to start by saying that I've wanted a Mini since the Italian Job came out! I tried once before to look at Mini's, but it just wasn't the right time. I finally decided to go on Good Friday to check out a few cars and I am so happy I did that! Suditi was so helpful from the moment I walked into the dealer. I test drove 4 different Mini's until I fell in love with the right one. She showed me all the options that came with each model and had a smile throughout our entire appointment. The one I chose was not available for pick up right away, but Suditi made sure to stay in touch with me the entire weekend until Jack came in on Monday! It's been close to 2 months since I got Jack and I could not be happier with my decision. If you are searching for a Mini or see another car they have available, definitely give her a call! More
