Great experience start to finish My first contact with Prestige was with Spiro Bogris, the Internet Sales Manager who was very helpful. I made an appointment to see the car. When I arrived the Spiro was helping another customer, but quickly passed me to Bob Filenbaum. Bob was the utmost professional. We took the car for a test drive. I told him I wasn't there to buy the car that day, but I was very interested. There were no high pressure sales tactics. We corresponded over email quite a few times and Bob was always very helpful and quick to respond. I came back a second time and purchased the car. I asked Bob to get the financing started before I arrived. He then introduced me to Jeff Stone in their finance department. This is usually when dealerships try and sell you extras that you don't need. Jeff explained all the additional options I could add to the purchase. He suggested what he thought was important, but never put any pressure on me during the process. Bob and Jeff are both solid guys and I would certainly go back to Prestige. I would recommend Prestige Mini to anyone looking to buy a car. More

They scanned/ emailed everything that i needed very promptly without a second reminder. Would strongly recommend Terry and the Dealership. When i came to pick up the car, it only took 30 min and the car was true to expectations ( extremely clean and any issues pointed out were fixed). In my 25 years of car buying, i have not seen this level of seamless, no hassle buying ! I hope they continue with this level of sales/service. More

She is an I recently made the difficult decision to trade in my 2007 Sidewalk for a new Counrtryman and in the process met Ruby King at Prestige Mini. She is an excellent salesperson! She knows the products very well and is a perfect representative for this brand. She loves it, she gets why you love it and made the whole experience super easy. I kept changing my mind about finance options to the last minute and she and Jeff Stone handled them flawlessly. The delivery went smoothly; normally I dread the mountains of paperwork and waiting around but everything went quickly. I liked that the car was all ready and they gave me the keys to play with it the during the brief down time we did have. I had some time to think about my questions before Ruby went over everything in detail. 4 stars for price but only because I paid top dollar for a custom order of what turned out to be the 1st 2015 delivered by this dealership. They were very competitive on the finance rate and Not pushy about the warranty. They were even fair on the trade. Considering how attached to that car I was that's saying a lot. If you are interested in Mini this is the place to go and Ruby is the salesperson to work with! More
