Dream car finally purchased! I have to start by saying that I've wanted a Mini since the Italian Job came out! I tried once before to look at Mini's, but it just wasn't the right I have to start by saying that I've wanted a Mini since the Italian Job came out! I tried once before to look at Mini's, but it just wasn't the right time. I finally decided to go on Good Friday to check out a few cars and I am so happy I did that! Suditi was so helpful from the moment I walked into the dealer. I test drove 4 different Mini's until I fell in love with the right one. She showed me all the options that came with each model and had a smile throughout our entire appointment. The one I chose was not available for pick up right away, but Suditi made sure to stay in touch with me the entire weekend until Jack came in on Monday! It's been close to 2 months since I got Jack and I could not be happier with my decision. If you are searching for a Mini or see another car they have available, definitely give her a call! More

Sarem and the Squirrel Car We were initially looking to get a smaller second car (our first car is a Volvo XC90). I've always loved the look of the Minis, but thought they'd be We were initially looking to get a smaller second car (our first car is a Volvo XC90). I've always loved the look of the Minis, but thought they'd be out of our price range. One weekend, I figured we (my husband, two kids and I) decided to just go 'look' and test drive a few different cars to see what worked for us. Toyotas, Hondas, VW...Mini!! We initially fell in love with a pre-owned orange convertible Mini at another Mini dealership, and almost signed the deal until they let it slip that it didn't have a warranty. They were not willing to bend or throw in an extended warranty, so we walked. Later that night, we actually put a deposit down on a VW Golf. All night long, we both kept talking about how much we just really looooved that Mini. Long story short, first thing in the morning, I called and cancelled the deposit on the Golf and tore up the contract. I got online and did a search for Mini hardtops (the convertibles really didn't have enough trunk room). Lo and behold, Prestige had two CPOs! Sarem answered my call, gave me more information than I could have possibly asked for, and was not pushy in the least. I drove up to Ramsey after the girls got out of school so they could sit in the back for the test drive and away we went. Sarem even was able to find little British Racing Green Minis for the girls to match the one we ended up buying (a/k/a Squirrel sized cars!). He talked to my girls about everything under the sun - from books to squirrels to bulldogs. I think there's even a pic on the Prestige site with the tiny Mini and some squirrels. I have to admit that I didn't find the programming of the Mini to be quite so...intuitive. So when I came back up for the license plates, Sarem was more than happy to hang out in the car and go over everything with me. Everything's fine now! I love the car - in fact, we're thinking about trading in the Volvo and this one together for maybe a Countryman. The only thing about this idea that makes me sad is not having my 2-door Hardtop to zoom around in. It seriously gives me pause. I am happy every day in my Mini and we play a game to see how many we can find on the road whenever we are out and about (the girls call them 'cousins'). LOTS and LOTS!! :) Sarem's the man to go to. He will definitely be the one and only I deal with for our next Squirrel Car. More

That's the first reason I choose here without even a phone call. Then I decided to have a look at the car myself. But at that time I have to take a train there. When Erin knows about this, she immediately contacted me asking when and where I need pick up. Really convenient for us. After getting there, I can feel they are not eager for selling you a car immediately, but showing everything as it is with patience. Good service is the most important reason that I set up my mind buying a car here. Everything here is great: price of car, professionality of the service and kind sales person... Great experience. She kept us posted regularly and tried to identify the best possible time to schedule our visit to the dealership. When we went to the dealership she was able to get us a great price for the trade-in as well as for the car. Also Jeff Stone in the finance department was a pleasure to work with and has a great sense of humor. Ruby was very patient while demonstrating the different features of the car. A "Mini" Search I had been looking for a Mini Cooper S Turbo for around two months. Why two months one might ask? Well...I was "looking for the best deal possible" I had been looking for a Mini Cooper S Turbo for around two months. Why two months one might ask? Well...I was "looking for the best deal possible" and I had a set budget for what I was going to spend. I found what I thought was a GREAT DEAL and went to see this car. This car...that allegedly had a CLEAN CAR FAX...evidently was a flood-damaged vehicle with over 30 warning codes; of which 8 were electronic in nature. Discouraged rightfully so, I decided to call Mini dealers in the hopes that they would find what I wanted. Not only did they did not have what I was looking for, they didn't even try to HELP ME FIND ONE! A good friend of mine called Prestige Mini and spoke to Sarem Yousif. He told Sarem what I was looking for but it wasn't on his lot either...SAREM DIDN'T STOP THERE! Sarem searched HIGH and LOW and found a car for me...but not in the color I was looking for. Despite this he reported his findings. Long story short, I am a proud owner of a British Green Mini Cooper S Hardtop! I am in love with the car...and compliments from strangers keep pouring in!
