I came to the Prestige MINI from Brooklyn to purchase my second MINI. I owned 2006 MINI hardtop and this was my second time to look into various dealership around the city to trade in my old MINI to new MIN second MINI. It's not easy to get a new car here in NYC where hundreds of the dealership located around. Plus, it gets even harder to purchase new car with the finance if one is not US citizen. Erin was helpful not only to find right MINI for me with her great knowledge on various MINI but also to sort out the finance options as the non-citizen which was not an easy-process. She was extremely friendly and patient throughout the whole process. Dealership has various yet great car options. And even though the dealership has grown with the brand from a niche player to a more standard, multi-model brand (marque) Presti from Prestige Mini. My salesperson was Erin Hilyer and she went out of her way to help me find the right Mini for me. She even transferred my license plates herself and buffed up my new Mini before I drove it away for the first time. In the past my service advisor has been Carolyn C. and she's the best there is in service since she really knows the cars and helps us owners understand what is --and isn't important to maintain and fix. I would recommend buying a Mini at Prestige and then going back for service. Even service which isn't part of the warranty. It's worth the dealer premium over just any auto repair shop to get it done right. More
