I asked to be informed, by email, when 2011 prices will be available. Terry Glattman periodically up-dated me by email without any reminders. As I enjoy the car, I decided to buy. Day #2 Terry Glattman, my Motoring Advisor, called to inform me regarding a special finance for 2010 cars and I decided to pay a visit (previously I checked inventories in NJ, NY, PA and CT as well as invoice prices, MSRP and accessories prices) I asked for the discount of the day and Terry Glattman and the manager in charge gave me a package (price & finance) I was not able to ignore; I bought a 2010 MINI Clubman. I was asked also about trade-in, I received an offer without asking, but my old car was not-for-sale. Day #3 (next day) The car was ready for delivery and Terry Glattman introduced me to service and spare parts staff. Day #4 Few days later I asked for a test drive with another car (I wanted to double check engine sound) and I received immediately, no question asked. Very smooth transaction, no hassle, friendly atmosphere, during all those days I received a lot of interesting information. Communication was mainly by email, as I asked. I recommend both Prestige MINI and MINI Clubman as well and ask Terry Glattman to be your Motoring Advisor. More
I was referred to Alfredo Lisciotto through another friend. I came into Prestige just to browse but Alfredo made me fall in love with Mini. He was so informative and genuine. I left Prestige with a b friend. I came into Prestige just to browse but Alfredo made me fall in love with Mini. He was so informative and genuine. I left Prestige with a beautiful Mini Cooper and I don't think I'll ever get anything else. Alfredo still contacts me to see how the car is doing and to check if I'm having any problems. Spiro sat with us, explained the differ salesman Spiro Bogris. We originally came into the Prestige mini dealer just to look, no intention of buying. Spiro sat with us, explained the different models, accompany us for a test drive. He made us fall in love with the Mini Cooper. But his loyalty did not end after we purchased our car. Spiro is there for us even now, one year later. His personal attention far exceeds any other salesmen experience we ever had. He’s always ready to answer and assist with any questions. Spiro keeps in touch to see how everything is. The dealership is professional, friendly, clean, organized, always helpful. I unexpectedly had problem with icon lit on dashboard (tire too low) and stopped by Prestige Mini, concerned because I have run-flats for first time. It was effortless -Spiro helped me by resetting the (tire too low) and stopped by Prestige Mini, concerned because I have run-flats for first time. It was effortless -Spiro helped me by resetting the icons, something I had not had to do (which relates to cold weather.) Matt got me in to have the tires reversed (front to rear) because it's better for the tires at this mileage. Yes, they washed the car too and I did have coffee - and left so reassured. More
