We had a GREAT experience with Steve Allen. We traded in our Audit A6 for a 2011 Mini Cooper. We were nervous about this and we wanted to learn a lot about the world of Mini Coopers first. Steve is knowledgeable and very empathetic. I asked a lot of seemly ridiculous questions and he answered each one with a smile. Steve got us a a very fair price for our Audit trade in and got us exactly the Mini Cooper used car we wanted. He helped us pick out the race stripes and really listened to what we wanted and needed and helped us get exactly what we wanted. He spent a great deal of time showing us how to use our Mini Cooper and gave us some great tips!!! The best part was Steve's personality. I have always felt pressured and aggressive when buying cars and have always felt as if I had to appear "tough" to get a good deal. Not with Steve. He was very honest and above board at all times. I could be myself and tell him what I really wanted and what I was really feeling and we laughed and had a great time during the entire buying process! We purchased a new MINI and received a very competitive price from this dealer. There were a few bumps in the road along the way however.
