MINI of Ramsey - Service Center

This may seem redundant, but every time I visit MINI of Ramsey I’m happily impressed by their professionalism and welcoming attitude. I had what I thought was a small problem - which didn’t turn out to be Ramsey I’m happily impressed by their professionalism and welcoming attitude. I had what I thought was a small problem - which didn’t turn out to be a problem at all - and was treated with the same level of concern as if I had a major issue, this time by Jason Velazquez. He handled it in a most timely fashion, didn’t charge me for their time, and gave Dilly what was a much needed bubble bath! While I was waiting I spoke with my Motoring Advisor - Alexandra Pereira - who, as always, was happy and eager to talk about MINIs in general, as well as answer a few questions I had. She is, and always has been, a most wonderful and knowledgeable brand ambassador. One thing that’s consistent across the board at MINI of Ramsey is how one is always made to feel welcome and appreciated, regardless if you’re buying, servicing, seeking information, or just chewing the fat! They’re always happy w see you, happy to help you, and happy to talk about the most fun and amazing automobiles on the planet! More
