I had a 7:20 AM appointment for a replacement trim part. When I was there and waiting, I was told it didn’t come in yet after 2 weeks. This was my first official service since purchasing my Mini Countryman and Jason was helpful and it went quickly. They found another issue under warranty that needs to be fixed so he set me up for a loane Mini Countryman and Jason was helpful and it went quickly. They found another issue under warranty that needs to be fixed so he set me up for a loaner for another day. Very happy. The only downside had to do with the sales department moving multiple cars around within the building for about 20 mins with such a strong exhaust smell. Finally the doors we opened for fresh air to come in for a while. Then they closed them and were still moving cars around. That should not have happened, or at least warn waiting customers about what they are going to be doing. Not cool! More
