The service advisers take pride with their work. Nick my service advisor had told me had informed me my car would need brakes in 2,000 miles and did not pressure me in doing it then. I returned 2,000 Nick my service advisor had told me had informed me my car would need brakes in 2,000 miles and did not pressure me in doing it then. I returned 2,000 miles later and gave me great service and a loaner while the work was being done. Ryan the other service adviser took time to talk to my niece about having a used Mini checked before buying and gave her a card to call him for any questions before buying. Great crew. More
Why I gave only 2 stars this time Had my windshield replaced, I feel the charge was r horbatent, will never have them do it again. Oil Change gone bad Went for a standard oil change, on way home oil filter came loose causing oil to come out of car, getting oil all over under carriage and engine compa Went for a standard oil change, on way home oil filter came loose causing oil to come out of car, getting oil all over under carriage and engine compartment. Dealer towed car back to service shop, fixed oil filter problem, totally power washed car to remove all oil from car. Kept car to make sure there were no problems with engine, and to this point all seems well. I chalked this up as a accident, which can happen to anyone and I thank Nick in service for taking care of the situation. More

Regular service visit Dealt with Nick Falvo last weekend when I brought my car in for a routine check up. Nick handed me a list of things that were required to be fixed. As a brand BMW\Mini can be an expensive when it comes to fixes\repair but Nick explained very clearly the nature of the fix and also how critical it was. That last part I really appreciated so I had a couple of things worked on before I left. The time I had to wait at the dealership for the repairs didn't seem unreasonable and whenever I asked Nick for an update on the job he was courteous and checked with the tech right away. This despite more than usual traffic at the time I visited them. Pretty pleased with this experience at Prestige Mini via Nick Falvo. More
