I have been a customer at Mini of a Ramsey since 2015 and I can firmly say the services and good treatment to customers is always consistent. Once it was determined the car needed service, he basically held my hand from start to finish. At, Mini of Ramsey you will find professional and caring staff who never pressures you into selling any extras, they are very upfront and care about you solving your car issues in an efficient manner. This was a simple service for oil/filter change and interval check up. I waited for a couple of hours for the car to be ready. Dan is great he explained to me the services needed and cost. I opted to wait for the completion of the required services.
