I was happy with the speediness of the service… Pros: Took car in on short notice Repair done same day Provided a shuttle ride to work Cons: I asked for a shuttle ride twice via text from my Took car in on short notice Repair done same day Provided a shuttle ride to work Cons: I asked for a shuttle ride twice via text from my work to dealership but my text was not replied to Usually this dealership provides a complimentary car wash upon completion of service, it’s one of the nice touches that separates Mini of Ramsey from other dealerships and service centers, the lack of the wash seems like they’re missing a step Normally my visits to MINI of Ramsey are great but this instance was just okay / good. The small touches MINI of Ramsey is what keeps my loyalty and when those touches are missing I can really tell. More
