I really trust the service department at MINI of Ramsey. I had bad experiences at two other area MINI dealerships, but make the extra trip to Ramsey because I trust them. They do quality work and are honest about what service is critical and what can maybe be put off a little longer. (I hope management doesn't read this and think they are missing out on service revenue. It's the honesty that keeps me coming back.) More
