First time using Ramsey Mini for service and it will not be my last! I called to inquire about getting a last minute appointment to deal with a bad flat tire on my Countryman, and they were able to accommod be my last! I called to inquire about getting a last minute appointment to deal with a bad flat tire on my Countryman, and they were able to accommodate me the next day. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and kind. They replaced my one tire without trying to upsell me on replacing others. I also appreciate their use of text messages for frequent updates. Overall I was very impressed with the service there and will likely switch to them from the other dealer I had previously used. More
