I called to inquire about getting a last minute appointment to deal with a bad flat tire on my Countryman, and they were able to accommod be my last! Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and kind. They replaced my one tire without trying to upsell me on replacing others. I also appreciate their use of text messages for frequent updates.
