Service was fine, but ezpass error charges were not handled properly nor satisfactorily. I had to handle the error charges through my cc company directly. More

I called multiple times, and left messages for a callback, which i never received. I just received an initial email regarding tje issue. When i did finality speak with the person handling it, he simply replied, "It's a 3rd party involved, and i have to wait." I never received a followup fro Mini at all. Very disappointed.
