Good service, reasonable wait time, thank you for my mini's bubble bath. In addition to my service visit for my current mini also saw Sales rep to arrange for my next mini (fifth!!!). I can build a mini online, but people come to the showroom to SEE stuff IN REAL LIFE. It makes for a smoother selection process and is way more fun. And mini is all about the fun---so please fix this. Thank you. More

I am so impressed with this service department. They went above and beyond when we were traveling through with car problems.
