Tires had trouble one nail and one bubble. I would think that the bubble would be covered under warranty but no I had purchased insurance the tires. So that covered it. Also I had lost for n I would think that the bubble would be covered under warranty but no I had purchased insurance the tires. So that covered it. Also I had lost for no apparent reason the cover of my gas cap (white body part) not covered. It disappeared by magic but my problem not MIni's so I have to seek another avenue to replace a part that apparently rell off. So my upset is not with the car this time but with the responsibility that Mini takes for the car (on lease) I think I'm done after more than 20 years with Mini the fun is gone and the greed has surfaced. I was here two years ago and had a very bad experience. I was shocked that it was $200 just to look at my car .this time but they gave me a loaner car for no extra charge and that made it okay. I feel they have gotten better and the associate Steve who helped me was really great. He laid out what my car needed and helped me put together a plan so that I could afford to do the work. The paperwork you sign at the end is a bit much and I think they could highlight each cost a bit better so when I got home I could explain it more easily. But overall it was a better experience and I appreciate that they cleaned my car as well. More
