MINI of St Louis - Service Center

I was here two years ago and had a very bad experience. I was shocked that it was $200 just to look at my car .this time but they gave me a loaner car for no extra charge and that made it okay. I feel they have gotten better and the associate Steve who helped me was really great. He laid out what my car needed and helped me put together a plan so that I could afford to do the work. The paperwork you sign at the end is a bit much and I think they could highlight each cost a bit better so when I got home I could explain it more easily. But overall it was a better experience and I appreciate that they cleaned my car as well. More

Every time I have to visit Mini of St Louis it’s always very respectful and I feel comfortable talking to each staff. Always greeted with and handshake or smile.
