Not sure whats happened here. The service work itself was fine. The customer service is almost nonexistent now. The last overnight dropoff I am not notified if any work is being done or if the car is ready. Called twice; first time I was told the Advisor would ring me back, didnt happen. Second time I called I was transferred to an Advisor - he stated he contacted me with a couple questions - yet my phone has no record of him calling (and they have my phone #). I’ve taken to having a friend or family bring me to the dealership to wait after a prolonged time window (7+ hours for a tire rotation?) - and even if I notify the staff I’m there I end being the one that discovers… after sitting in the empty lobby for 2+ hours… my car in the lot and that it’s ready. When I notified the cashier my car appeared to be done she stated she hadn’t received any paperwork- yet it was sitting on the printer. My God at least at Dobbs they yell your last name across the lobby when you’re good to go. The work on the car itself is great. The customer experience is zilch. Not sure if Im gonna stay a customer. More

Steve at check in was so nice and they gave us a loaner car. The techs sent me videos of my car and suggestions for making the car last longer. My service advisor was responsive and kept me updated on the status of my car. Surprisingly, the repair was completed before the initial estimated date I was given. The loaner car that the dealership gave m the status of my car. Surprisingly, the repair was completed before the initial estimated date I was given. The loaner car that the dealership gave me while I was waiting for the repair to be scheduled was also nice. However, at times communication with the dealership seemed a bit inefficient. In one instance, my service advisor had no access/idea of the information I was given by the representative I talked to on the phone nor the information that I had already given the dealership. The information included basic details like car type (make, model, year), the type of repair, and the service cost estimate. (Though, in this specific scenario, I’m willing to believe that this not necessarily caused by the carelessness of the staff that I worked with, but rather some systematic issue in the dealership’s record keeping process.) Overall, I had a satisfactory experience at this dealership and certainly will be returning for future service requests, despite a few strange moments. More
