My Mini needed regular service. I was able to make an appointment in the day I wanted and dropped off the car the night before. Rick called the next morning to tell me i needed new breaks. I went to Mini for the first time recently and could not have been more pleased. Not only was the work done well and quickly, the department checked my warranty and then informed me there was extra work tha have been more pleased. My brand new Mini had an indicator on that a bulb was out. I drove to Mini Of St Louis and got there at just before 5pm today. They were closing for the holiday weekend. I spoke to Steve, and he had me pull in while Dave wrote up the paperwork. The techs were gone already, but the service manager, Steve, replaced a burned out reverse bulb for me himself!!! I was so thankful that even though they were closing, they still took care of the issue for me and saved me a trip back. Steve and Dave were the best ever! More
