MINI of Tempe

My husband and I have been considering a MINI for some time. Since there is no MINI dealer in Prescott, we contacted MINI of Tempe to find out if a MINI was the right car for us. We had the good fortune to work with Justin Leininger. Justin was prompt and efficient. He knew everything about MINIs. He answered all our questions and offered lots of pertinent information to help us in our decision-making process. We test-drove 3 different MINIs twice - first me and then my husband - and Justin was great throughout the whole process. He was professional, enthusiastic, polite and helpful. We never felt pressured to buy something we didn't want. He helped us find the right MINI for us. Our purchasing experience was delightful. This is the second MINI we purchase from David Smith. We went back to work with him because the first experience was so positive. We just got home with our new baby. We ordered it from Mini of Tempe and was quoted 90 days to receive. I knew exactley what I wanted before I got to the dealer and was going to order a new vehicle. There was a delay in ordering vehicles with automatics but Cindy was able to locate the perfect mini for me and with the current incentives it made sense to purchase it then. Cindy was very professional in how she conducted the deal,never ever pushy and was eager to answer all my questions and followed through with every part of the process.There seemed like there could have been a hicup in obtaining the vehice since they had to do a dealer trade to obtain it but even though it was after 7:00 on a friday night Nick got on the phone with the other dealer and made it happen. Our last visit to MINI of Tempe was great. Doug is a great service advisor, because he thoroughly went thru our concerns when we brought the MINI in for service and kept us informed on the status of the great service advisor, because he thoroughly went thru our concerns when we brought the MINI in for service and kept us informed on the status of the repair and when it should be ready - which it was ready when he thought it would be. We appreciate the rental and loaner car we were able to use while our MINI was being repaired – but we were sure glad to get our Green little bull dog back. We have also dealt with Eddie, which he seems to be a very knowledgeable mechanic knowing the in's and out's of the MINI and he discussed with us the way we should be changing gears and downshifting - which was some very helpful information. Thanks Doug and Eddie for taking good care of our Green Bull Dog and getting it back to us so quickly. More
