Wonderful service and such helpful staff!!!! I brought my Mini for a minor issue--and they ended up giving the entire car a checkup and went above and beyond in helping me out. Most of all they were nice my Mini for a minor issue--and they ended up giving the entire car a checkup and went above and beyond in helping me out. Most of all they were nice! Derek even remembered me over a month later when I called. Customer service was quick and helpful. When I picked up my Mini at the end of the scheduled time, it was ready and cleaned and the oil was changed and everything. I only had to work with one individual--Derek--and he was just great. The price was good--and I'm getting my tinting done there now, too, because they just do quality work. I trust them. More

I started to talk to Donald about ten days before my visit. He was very informative, helpful, and did not place any pressure on me to come in or to purchase. He was very patient as I looked at a number visit. He was very informative, helpful, and did not place any pressure on me to come in or to purchase. He was very patient as I looked at a number of Minis and continued to ask questions. The negotiation was hassle-free and I am very comfortable with my purchase. My husband may even consider a Clubman in the future since I had such a great experience. We love our Mini! More

Charlie was more than patient with all my questions & requests. The only thing I knew about Mini Coopers was that they are so cute. I've always dreaded going to dealerships simply because you get bombarded the minute you step out of your vehicle by multiple salesmen. However, at Mini of Tempe, this was not the case. I was approached by you get bombarded the minute you step out of your vehicle by multiple salesmen. However, at Mini of Tempe, this was not the case. I was approached by a single salesman and welcomed in an accommodating manner. He immediately asked what I was looking for a car and found the mini that both suited my budget and needs. Overall the customer service was excellent and so was the whole process of buying the car. I would highly recommend this dealership. More
