Great buying experience at Otto's MINI. After confirming on the phone that the 2015 Camaro RS Convertible was still for sale on their lot with Pete Barcus in sales, we made the 2 hour trek f After confirming on the phone that the 2015 Camaro RS Convertible was still for sale on their lot with Pete Barcus in sales, we made the 2 hour trek from Baltimore up to their dealership. Once there we were greeted by Pete and shown the car which seemed to be cleaned up and ready for our test drive. Pete ran through some of the features with my wife Linda, whose car it was going to be, and then we were off. They actually gave us a printed test drive course showing a route through the community as we were not from the area. Linda loved the car and how it drove so when we arrived back to the lot we decided to make the deal. Once seated at Pete's desk, he introduced us to his Pre-Owned Sales Manager, Dave Hackett. While Pete was gathering up all of the paperwork back in the office Dave, Linda and I had a great conversation discussing past experiences regarding the Car Industry, especially the good 'ole Muscle Car Days. After working a great deal on the car, along with trading in Linda's BMW on the Camaro, we walked outside to discover that Pete had the car cleaned up once more while we were inside. During our test drive it had rained and he saw where it really got dirty. I was impressed!!!! Since the car did not have an Owner's Manual, Pete has stayed in touch with us letting Linda know that one will be mailed to her. Linda is very happy with her Camaro, and we both are glad that we made the trip to Otto's MINI to buy it. We wouldn't hesitate to purchase a car from them in the future. Great People!!!! More

We got to work early Saturday morning with Michael, who we loved right from the start. He was down-to-earth and very knowledgeable about the brand and cars. He was also very patient with us, as I went back and forth between which model, style, color, packages, etc. He never once rushed us and I didn't feel forced into a decision. This is my third MINI from Otto's and first time working with Michael and he didn't disappoint.
