First MINI - great experience I was fortunate enough to get my first MINI from Pete Barcus and I could not have asked for a better experience. Pete was a pleasure to deal with fro I was fortunate enough to get my first MINI from Pete Barcus and I could not have asked for a better experience. Pete was a pleasure to deal with from the time I stepped foot in Otto's until we closed the deal and I drove off in a brand new Mini Cooper S. He arranged for a test drive late in the afternoon on a Saturday and I never felt rushed or pressured and he helped make the experience so effortless, it was by far the easiest transaction I have ever had in my life. Otto's dealership is great and I will not hesitate to visit again. Ryan was great too, he was prepared and efficient and quickly got me into my new Mini Cooper and Pete thoroughly explained everything in the car so that i was comfortable before driving off with a smile on my face! This may be my first MINI but it won't be my last. If you are interested in a MINI do not hesitate to visit Otto's and ask for Pete Barcus, you will not be disappointed. More

Voltage issue, fan blower was not functioning I was a little disappointed that the battery was only charged, instead of replaced. It worries me that this will happen again. That being said, they noticed a bubble in the tire and replaced it, which was a good catch. Also rotated and aligned which was also great. Charlotte got me in very quickly (since my defrosters were non-functional causing me to be unable to drive in the rain) and gave me a fantastic 2018 Countryman loaner, which I THOROUGHLY enjoyed. More
