Pete, our sales agent, stayed in touch with us via email throughout the pandemic and when we had chosen the car we wanted (via the website) Pete put a hold on it for us. Once the dealership was allowed to start up sales again, the staff couldn't have been more helpful and careful. We were asked to come to the dealership at a specific time and were given a separate area to complete the paperwork while the finance manager guided us through it at a safe distance. We couldn't be happier with our new mini and with the personal sales service at Otto's Mini. Thanks to everyone who helped us! More

absolutely wonderful I needed an oil change and inspection during the covid-19 social distancing, and everyone at Otto's was so professional , friendly and safe. I was pleased to see everyone was wearing a mask, and sanitizing anything that was touched. The waiting room was clean and quiet, and I was able to use the Wifi to keep up with my teaching commitments while I waited. The car was serviced quickly and I even got an emailed video of the inspection. It was also cleaned and sanitized. Thank you all for making me feel so comfortable and cared for! Having not been out much in 5 weeks, this was the highlight of my week. : ) More

I was critical of my last visit a few months ago. They didn’t seem to expect me, were confused about a loaner car, seemed to have restrictions on being able to wait for the car. Prompt and efficient service, consistent communication, etc. I still think the dealership has lost the few of a Mini dealership, which is disappointing. It is obviously now a BMW dealer w Minis shoves in the corner, but other than that the experience was great. More
