There was some confusion when we went into the dealership and we sat waiting to be helped for about 30 minutes but Pete made up for that with great customer service! He made sure we were comfortable while he and we sat waiting to be helped for about 30 minutes but Pete made up for that with great customer service! He made sure we were comfortable while he got our potential vehicle ready for us to test drive. The test drive route gave us a good opportunity to check the car out, how it handled, how it picked up and how comfortable it was on the road. He gave us all of our options clearly and made sure we were satisfied. All in all a very good experience. More
