First let me start with the good things. I was glad a tow truck was called and when all the way to my house to get the truck. The fact that the battery was only charged and not completely replace was not okay to me. I had to call to get an update on the status of the vehicle several times because I didn’t received a call with the updates. The gas that was wasted was not replaced which again I was not okay with that. More
