I purchased this truck on April 16th. I drove it home, and it sat in my driveway for a day. I tried to start it on Saturday, the 18th. However, the truck failed to start and had to be tow I drove it home, and it sat in my driveway for a day. I tried to start it on Saturday, the 18th. However, the truck failed to start and had to be towed in. Before the tow truck got there. I crawled underneath the vehicle to inspect what else might be wrong. When I did, I noticed the oil filter was leaking oil, and the axle seal was slinging oil onto other components. The four-wheel-drive actuator appeared to have corrosion around it and fluid seeping from it. The transmission bell housing had seepage coming from the top, and the steering components were saturated in some kind of fluid. When the Tow truck driver arrived he jumped the truck and it said the fuel filter needed to be replaced as well. I made mention of all of these items to the service advisor. However, 9 days later, I got a text saying my vehicle was ready, with no context about what had been done. I informed my salesman that I do not believe that the multi-point inspection was done correctly, as multiple points of inspection were checked off as "pass", yet clearly there's no way they could have passed in the condition that this trip is in. After being told there were no leaks found, even though photographs documented the leads I provided, they said I could come pick up my vehicle and take it home. After looking at the work order they said I denied services they recommended. No one ever called me about any services and the items they were saying needed to be worked on were shown to be in good passing condition just days before when I bought the truck . On the drive home I still had the same steering issue and notified them that it wasn't right. Additionally, crawled back underneath the vehicle and the oil filter was still leaking and there were still several leaks. The next day I brought the vehicle back and took us for a drive with the foreman. He informed me that he would replace the axle seal and perform the oil change to prevent the oil filter from leaking. However, he would not replace any seals in the transmission bell housing, nor would he address the four-wheel-drive actuator. Seepage. Additionally, on the test drive he said the steering does feel off. However he believed it was just a steering wheel adjustment that needed to be done. He also made sure that I knew that he would not be able to get all with the wandering out of the steering. I told the seals man I did not want this vehicle anymore and I wanted to back out of the deal. However, I was told that if I wanted to do that, they would just buy my truck back for the amount I bought it for, because they sold my trade-in, they could not give it back my old truck. Which means I would be left with 11,000 carryover on a loan and no vehicle. Another option they gave me is putting me in a brand-new truck with a $11,000 carryover. Or in a totally different vehicle, using a $11,000 carryover. Needing a vehicle, they looked at multiple options. However, as of today, I still do not have a vehicle. (18 Days) When I asked for a loaner, the salesmen said they didn't have any loaners and offered to put me back in the unsafe vehicle until they could find a solution. Obviously, I did not hide that offer, and I still do not have a mode of transportation. Terrible experience! More

I dropped off my truck 4/27/26 and I was told it was a lister and camshaft issue. I was told it would take up to 1 month. Thankfully the parts came in sooner and I was able to pick up my truck 5/1/26. I have a smart start interlock system in my truck. I was told the service technician would be able to bypass it without any issues. Well, they messed up the system and caused a 48 hour lock out. Now I have to deal with fees and possible legal issues. Manager was nowhere to be found during this process. I was charged $250 for a bypass fee that was not done correctly. No refund offered. This is awful. More

I’ve had a great experience with the service team, especially Nisha and, if I remember correctly, her manager Jerry. They’ve been taking care of both me and my Tahoe for quite some time now, even thou especially Nisha and, if I remember correctly, her manager Jerry. They’ve been taking care of both me and my Tahoe for quite some time now, even though I originally purchased the vehicle from a different dealership (Classic). Looking back, I almost wish I had purchased directly from your dealership—either another Tahoe or possibly even the electric Silverado—because of how well your team has treated me. Throughout the time I’ve owned the vehicle, your service department has consistently taken care of the various issues I’ve experienced. I really appreciate the attention to detail, the clear communication, and how your team keeps me informed throughout the entire process while making sure I’m satisfied with the outcome. Any time something has come up, it has always been handled professionally and resolved in a way that makes me feel taken care of as a customer. If I had one small suggestion, it would simply be to offer more gas-powered loaner vehicles so customers have the option to choose between gas and electric if they prefer. Other than that, from management to the porters to the team handling the loaner vehicles, everyone has been excellent. I truly appreciate the level of service and the way your team has taken care of me. Thank you. More
