Yes. Several things went wrong during my visit. 1) I was in for an oil change and tire rotation. While talking to the sevce writer I got the lug nut lock Several things went wrong during my visit. 1) I was in for an oil change and tire rotation. While talking to the sevce writer I got the lug nut lock out and he acknowledged me putting it in the center cup holder. When I got my car back the tires had not been rotated. (I marked them because I suspected they had not been rotated on previous visits) my service writer was at lunch so I spoke to another who checked with the technician who said the original service writer told him not to rotate the tires. I got back in line for the tire rotation and once complete I found the tires were moved front to back and back to front ON THE SAME SIDE. I asked my original service writer, now back from lunch, why they did that and not properly rotate? (front left to rear right and front right to rear left with rear right to front left and rear left to front right to properly change all tires direction of travel) I was told that I would have had to request doing it that way. This made no sense but now being an hour over I had to go. Then in the way home to katy I noticed the locking lug nut key was not in my cup holder. I pulled over and searched but it was not in the cab. I called the service advisor and sure enough, the technician forgot to return my key. I then had to drive back to pick up my lug nut lock adding 1/2 hour and gas to my experience. All this cost me at least 1.5 hours and extra gas and I still did not get my tires properly rotated. This makes it hard to have confidence in the service department More
