When we arrived, Jorge had the truck clean and ready for us to test drive, and throughout the entire process, he gave us his full attention and made us feel like a priority. What stood out to us even more was his professionalism and dedication during a very difficult personal situation. While we were there, there were devastating earthquakes in his home country of Colombia, and he was understandably concerned that his mom could have been affected. Despite that, he continued to make sure we were taken care of and never made us feel like anything less than a priority. The entire purchase process was quick, easy, and straightforward. Jorge also worked with us to make sure we received all of the benefits available to us as a military family. There were no surprise costs or unexpected issues, which made the experience even better. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
