Prices were outrageous, which is why I never take my vehicle to a dealership service department. I believe quotes should be divided by absolute need and recommended. Part of my dissatisfaction is due to things going wrong with my truck such as transmission and AC and I’m still not finished paying for the vehicle. It was brand new and all these problems. Chevy used to really make a good product and it doesn’t seem like so anymore. I’ve been a customer of Mac Haik for over 20 something years and have bought many new and used vehicles from them. But I have only used their service department a couple of times. All employees are nice but when they are giving you a service quote for $15,000 they act like it’s a drop in the bucket. I don’t see how people fix their vehicles anymore. Hi baby, my vehicle which is why it’s so shocking that the transmission is going out and no help from Chevrolet on an inferior product. More
