To begin with our purchase didn’t explain that a tire wouldn’t be covered if flat by nail. So made the appointment for 1:00 on Friday waited 3 hours to not be fixed, was told I would be called the follo wouldn’t be covered if flat by nail. So made the appointment for 1:00 on Friday waited 3 hours to not be fixed, was told I would be called the following week when a new tire would be available - was also told the tire was patched but don’t drive it because it might not be safe. so called on Monday around 10:00am and was informed oh yes the tire has been here, so I made the appointment at 2:00 ( that was the first available). We never know who is handling our service, they never give us a name, their professionalism needs to be addressed. And I have on had my car for 40 days, this is not real comforting to me and my family because we’re trying to be comfortable driving a Chevy again. More
