The service was great, but, no parking Available. Didn't realize lane was blocked off with parked cars on the end. Thank goodness for backup cameras. Had to park in Body Shop area. Fortunately, service man was in parking lot and helped me find my car. Very nice. Showed me how to get my car horn to beep. No help because I have hearing loss and can't determine direction. You might want to advise customers, if no parking available, just park anyplace you can find a space. More

Service after new sale are not a priority, except the day of actual sale. Each service organization is siloed and does not interface well. Urgency or prioritization is based upon extended lead times and is o of actual sale. Each service organization is siloed and does not interface well. Bottomline, better customer service is obtained at smaller dealers vs being handed off to "over scheduled" departments that the wait line starts over upon exchange. No warm hand off or consideration of priority. More
