Straight trash!!! I purchased a car from here 5 days ago and I was told by management that the car would be windshield would be replaced and that the maintenance have been done.. but charge an reconditionin and I was told by management that the car would be windshield would be replaced and that the maintenance have been done.. but charge an reconditioning fee of 895.00 nothing was done. I just replaced the oil, air filter and windshield myself... thank God I know how to save.. dont trust the management nor a salesman by the name of Tony Martinez they are liars and want nothing but to take your money. I also put down 13k something that I seriously doubt people have doing these times!!! I have my lawyer involved in this matter also.. maybe they will respond this time. I also emailed 6 times and called 3 times. More
Recently purchased a 2012 Lariat from salesman Fred McGrew in pre-owned. He was very helpful and attentive to what we wanted. Advertised Prices for many vehicles on AutoTrader The dealership had at least 7 vehicles advertised on Autotrader as new demos. When called the same vehicles by VIN were $4000-5000 more without any ex The dealership had at least 7 vehicles advertised on Autotrader as new demos. When called the same vehicles by VIN were $4000-5000 more without any explaination except they don't know. They acknowledge the on line advert, but will not honor the price as they claim they don't know. Its not one vehicle but 7 or more. Clearly a scam or bait and switch of some sort. More
Went their to get my A/C fixed..they did there own evaluation..called me and said it was ready and the A/C was working..after I got a ride to get my car it was not working so they checked it again we evaluation..called me and said it was ready and the A/C was working..after I got a ride to get my car it was not working so they checked it again well I waited. Said it was ready and working..it was not working so they gave me a rental till they could resolve the issue..but they didn't tell me there rental was less than 24 hours..this was not cheap and they can not seem to get it right..they obviously dont test things to see if its actually fixed before they call you and tell you its working... I took my car in to have my computer updated. The service advisor stated they had complete work up on my vehicle. I showed him the paperwork from my mechanic and asked him to give me a quote for the computer advisor stated they had complete work up on my vehicle. I showed him the paperwork from my mechanic and asked him to give me a quote for the computer module. He calls me later that day and stated the problem was the wiring and it would cost $440 to fix. I agreed and the next day he calls and says that didn’t fix the problem and that I needed two modules (which is what I asked for in the first place. Frustrated I decided to just pick up my vehicle. The next day I noticed my front bumper was not reattached it was bearly hanging on. I returned to the dealership to have them fix it. As I was leaving I noticed that every time I turn my wheel left or right my horn blows. They not only didn’t fix what was asked but created another problem!!! I’ve reached out to GM but have yet to hear back. More

They kept her car The bottom piece of my Wife’s Explorer fell off when her and my daughter were on the freeway. It’s a year old still under warranty. They kept her car for 2 weeks and gave it backed rigged. They said they could not determine why it fell off so they did not cover it. They rigged it with clips instead of putting the proper bolts backed on, so now they bottom piece of her new Explorer is clipped together, because they were to cheap and lazy to fix it properly. And there attitude about it is they just don’t care. Do not go here... More
