They tested it out, found it was defective, and replace it under warranty. I'm happy! The waiting area is also excellent. Generally, Toyota service centers are not like other dealerships. At Chrysler, everyone is running around like their hair is on fire, trying to fix all the defects on those products. At a Toyota dealership, the service center is like a library. Things are happening, but not insanely crazy. That speaks volumes about the quality and reliability of Toyota products! More

I have worked with Ralph for over fifteen years and he has always been helpful, courteous and willing to work with me on any problem. The car was repaired and passed the safety inspection later that day. Ralph met me when I came in and explained in detail the repair and ready to answer any question I may have. More
